Telecommunications Internal Quality Assurer

The Royal Artillery Centre for Personal Development (RACPD) is a first-class work-based training company.
We are looking for an IQA with assessor responsibilities for the Telecoms Programme.

The Job:  You will co-ordinate the delivery of the Telecoms Apprenticeships, Advanced Apprenticeships and Stand-alone qualifications, notably IT & Telecoms Professional at Levels 2, 3 and 4, verify assessments, and provide first line support for assessors, including assisting in their training.  Your key tasks will include liaising with staff in regiments to ensure the smooth delivery of the programme, quality assurance, and training and developing assessors and IQAs.
The Person: You should be a qualified IQA (or willing to work towards), who is a self-starter, with drive and initiative.  Excellent communication, ICT and administrative skills are essential as well as being able to demonstrate occupational competence for the role.  Demonstrable experience of assessing and verifying in a military work based environment is desirable.

Although the role is based at Larkhill, you must have a passport and driving licence and be willing to travel throughout the UK and abroad.
